From the 14th November 2020 all bookings at Riverside Log Cabins will be cancellation protected if the cancellation is COVID related.

You can cancel up to, and including, 2 days before the check in date if government guidance or regulations make it impossible for you to have your holiday.

We hope you will re-arrange the dates but if you prefer, in these circumstances we will provide you a full refund within 7 days.

You can book with confidence, knowing that if you cancel because of COVID we will refund you in full.
