Coronavirus (Covid-19 update) - BOOkinG POLICy

Our booking policy remains customer friendly! If government guidance or regulations change and make it impossible for you to have your holiday then we will either re-arrange the dates, or if you prefer we will provide you a full refund within 7 days.

This means that you can book with confidence, knowing that if you cancel because of COVID we will refund you in full.

To keep you safe and secure we have developed a Covid 19 Safety Plan, and to assist us and to ensure all cabins are thoroughly cleaned, we ask that new arrivals do not arrive before 4pm and on your departure day you depart by 10am.

We look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful, safe and secure holiday very soon.

For clarity, this policy will remain in place until 31st December 2022. All our other usual policies remain unchanged.
